Designed to allow quick, simple and consistent measurement of the gap between raised faces or flange outside diameter. Flange gap closure measurement is required for joints both during initial assembly and final passes in accordance with ASME PCC-1.

These gauges allow quick and consistent measurement of the gap at multiple points around any flange. The significant advantage of these gauges over standard taper gauges is that they are much shorter than standard taper gauges and so are able to measure
larger gaps without interference between the gauge and the gasket
or raised faces occurring.

The gauges measure gaps from 1mm to 25mm (1/16" to 1").
Each gauge has ~30% overlap in measurement to ensure use
of the best gauge is possible
